Day 1: Arriving in Cape Town
AM - Meet and greet at CTIA and transport to accommodation in Cape Town.
Check-in and freshen up.
13:30 - Embark on an afternoon tour of one of the most picturesque cities in the world. Cape Town is affectionately known as “The Mother City” and boasts the famous Table Mountain in the centre of the metropolitan city, and Robben Island located 9km offshore. This tour focuses on the history and scenic beauty of Cape Town and is an ideal springboard for all travellers visiting the Cape for the first time.

Day 2: Cape Town - Table Mountain & Robben Island
Today will be spend visiting two of Cape Town’s most popular tourist attractions – Table Mountain and Robben Island.

Day 3: Cape Peninsula Tour
The Cape Peninsula, situated on the South Westerly tip of Africa, has much to offer the day-tripper. Fabulous scenery at Cape Point, the naval history of Simon’s Town, and one of only two land-based breeding colonies of African Penguins at Boulders beach. Chapman’s Peak drive is one of the most scenic drives in the world and offers a beautiful view of the Peninsula.

Day 4: Stellenbosch & Franschhoek Wine Tour
Visit the winelands towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, with an emphasis on the towns and surrounding areas as well as some wine tasting. True heavyweights, both towns boast rich histories, diverse wine making styles with a huge variety of world-class wines to experience first-hand as well as incredible natural scenery, interesting historical facts and a unique mix of old and new world styles coming together.

Day 5: Stellenbosch - Hermanus
One of the most picturesque tours the Cape has to offer its visitors. Between the months of June to December Southern Right whales can be spotted along the coast between Cape Town and Hermanus, Hermanus being the best land-based viewing point for whale watching. The route passes over Sir Lowry’s Pass and onto Hermanus

Day 6: Hermanus leisure day
Hermanus is the world’s best site for land-based whale watching. You have the adventurous option of going in search of the Southern Right whales by boat or go for some wine tasting in the beautiful Hemel en Aarde valley (meaning – “Heaven and Earth”). Hermanus itself offers some beautiful coastal walks as well as stunning sandy beaches! For the adrenalin seekers shark cage diving can be arranged.

Day 7: Hermanus – Cape Town Airport
Outside Kleinmond we visit the Harold Porter Nature Reserve and learn about the rich flora of this area, the Cape floral kingdom is known as the richest plant Kingdom in the World!
Some beautiful waterfalls can also be found inside the park. We travel further to the coastal village of Pringle Bay. From here the route will take you into an area with majestic mountains on one side and the sea on the other (Clarens drive). Our last stop is at one of the Cape’s oldest wine estates Vergelegen for a visit of the estate followed by a wine tasting and lunch before making our way to Cape Town Airport.
The Route: Hermanus – (Clarens Drive) Kleinmond – Harold Porter Nature Reserve – Betty’s Bay – Rooiels – Somerset West - Cape Town
